With a decade of experience as a business owner and two years dedicated to program coordination for non-profit organizations, Elizabeth currently serves as a Program Coordinator for the Kern Women’s Business Center. In this role, she brings essential resources and services to small businesses while coordinating community outreach events, volunteering with various organizations, and developing strategic partnerships.
Elizabeth holds an Associate of Science degree in Emergency Services and Safety Management, as well as in Business Administration. She brings a unique blend of expertise in both emergency management and business operations, enhancing her ability to create efficient, safe, and compliant environments. With a strong foundation in these disciplines, Elizabeth is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of safety protocols and administrative functions within various industries.
Elizabeth is a proficient bilingual professional fluent in both Spanish and English. Equipped with basic computer skills, she demonstrates expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Known for her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Elizabeth excels in creating cohesive and productive team environments. With a meticulous eye for detail and strong organizational abilities, she effectively manages projects, conducts thorough research, and efficiently handles data entry tasks.
