Adrian is from a small, neighboring town just 18 miles north of Shafter. A CSU, Bakersfield graduate.
With close to 20 years in a Banking background and 14 years of experience with local non profits and the Chamber of Commerce, Adrian now serves as the Shafter Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director. Adrian started volunteering back in 2011 with the Shafter Chamber of Commerce on events such as Street Fairs, Cinco De Mayo and the 3rd of July Fireworks show. A few years later, Adrian won in the yearly elections for a board seat and held the position as Vice President his first year. Adrian became the Shafter Chamber President from January 2014 through December 2021. In January of 2022, he started his new role as the Chambers Director .
Adrian has a love for the small town feel of Shafter and says the Chamber of Commerce holds a special place in his heart.
